CSC badge

The CSC label stands for International Convention for Safe Container. It is comparable to the TÜV seal for motor vehicles and certifies the seaworthiness of sea containers in international goods traffic. Without it, you are not allowed to ship a container, otherwise you will be fined.
A new CSC sticker is valid for 5 years. After that it can be renewed again and again for 2 years. You can apply for the extension at our office.

ISO standardization

Sea containers are standardized worldwide according to ISO regulations. This ensures uniform manufacture and equally high quality of the products in order to withstand the sometimes severe environmental influences on the high seas.

As you can see in the graph, the acquisition costs of a sea container, including delivery costs, have clearly paid for themselves after 3 years compared to a regular rental of a storage space.
Depending on the conurbation, regular rents can also be significantly higher than the €300 calculated here for approx. 28m², which corresponds to the storage space of a 40-foot container.
